You need to contact Customer Support Center so that the team could lookup the RMA status for you. Engineers like myself answering technical questions on E2E forums don't typically have access to the systems that track RMAs.
I did contact Customer Support Center and found out that the the CPR191033460 has been declined. An email was sent to the requestor for additional information.
