DP83867CR: recomndations about the choosing RJ-45

What type of twinned RJ-45 is better to choose if we plan to use 2 pcs of DP83867CR in one board? Do you have any recomendations? Are there any specific requirments for the choosing RJ connectors?

Dear Cecilia,

I saw this User's Guide. we tested this demoboard. But I need some recomendations regarding vertical 2 slots RJ-45 connector, because we plan to use 2 pcs of DP83867CR on one board. Does it matter what kind of 2 slot RJ-45 connector better to use?

Hi Aleksey,

Apologies on the delay. What is your application for using 2 slot RJ-45 connectors? Will you potentially have two boards running through the PHY or will it be a switch?
