HD3SS3220: HD3SS3220 Dead battery mode

Hi TI,

In the product we designed, VBUS is the only power source for the whole system. So when USB Cable plug in, HD3SS3220 should work in the dead battery mode at that time. Does it need VCC33 powered before it can do the negotiation with DFP side? Thanks!
