DS90UB948-Q1: Ask for fpd-link test material

Hi team,

Now I'm going to do tests on customer's DS90UB948/949+DS90UB940/941 platform, and I'm reading "FPD-Link III Compliant Test Procedure (CTP) ver1.1 ". But I find that the material have to be used together with "FPD-Link Parameter Characterization" and "FPD-Link III Channel Requirement" and “FPD-Link Transmission Channel Test Procedure”. 

Can you help me with these materials? Or, my customer want to test the signal integrity, signal quality(jitter,...), eye diagram, cable impedance, can you provide me some test documents about these?
