   您好

     我们有款产品在使用TCAN1043-Q1过程中遇到如下问题;

    1.  当芯片初始上电时检测nFAULT=L;再次对EN或STB任意一个pin拉低后,nFAULT=H;再次使EN=H;STB=H;nFAULT=H;不在做任何变化;这是否属于正常现象;

    2.  按照DATASHEET要求nFAULT = RXD = L after wake up in standby mode, go-to-sleep mode, and sleep mode;经过实际测试;nFAULT依然为H;不会做出变化;是什么地方有不对的地方吗?

    3.  用什么INH状态是否可以完全判断芯片是否进入那种模式了?

  • NFAULT will be low in standby mode after a wake request is received, but will transition high when the device is in normal mode.  This transition will be immediate if the wake request came from the CAN bus or will occur after four recessive-to-dominant transitions on TXD if the wake request came from the WAKE pin.  After that, the NFAULT pin should remain high in normal mode as long as there is not a CAN bus fault (short circuit, etc.) or other data fault such as a time-out.

    Is this what you are seeing, or are you finding a different behavior?
