Hello,

The DP83TC811EVM is a Media converter from 100Base-T1 to 100Base-Tx.

As for the high level overview of the MSP code: A string containing the PHY ID, register info, and data, are parsed into a binary sequence. Using the IOs, the microcontroller sends a serial string to PHY, and MDIO is monitored and read.
