SN75DPHY440SS: Are there plans to increase the I2C clock speed over 100Khz on the SN75DPHY440SS?

I noticed in the datasheet that the maximum I2C speed for the SN75DPHY440SS is 100KHz.  Is there any plan to increase the I2C speed to 400Khz?  It seems like an oversight that the SN75DPHY440SS is limited to a 100KHz I2C clock rate while the MIPI portion of the part runs at over 1GHz.
