Q1. which point and what should customer do to check something to identify what problem is.
Q2.how to get the value of 0x0071 register
current situation,
It seems that DUT and PC are "link up" but not packet communication.
Customer couldn't resolve it, any feedback for them to do something , please tell us.
the confirmed thing they did was below.
1.power supply : no problem
2.RBIAS resister value check : 11kohm.(no problem)
3.line driver : customer designed it by following reference
4.reset signal, clock : no problem
5.register they confirmed is,,,
