I am using DP83869HMRGZT for Ethernet connectivity with RGMII protocol between PHY and MAC. Please find the attached design and suggest the current drawn by the device from VDDA2P5, VDD1P1 and VDDIO supplies.     Here are the numbers you are looking for:

    VDD1P1 @ 1Gbps = 131mA

    VDD1P1 @ 100Mbps = 47mA

    VDD1P1 @ 10Mbps = 37mA

    VDD2V5 @ 1Gbps = 86mA

    VDD2V5 @ 100Mbps = 46mA

    VDD2V5 @ 10Mbps = 76mA

    VDDIO 3.3V @ 1Gbps = 30mA

    VDDIO 3.3V @ 100Mbps = 13mA

    VDDIO 3.3V @ 10Mbps = 10mA
