We an EMI issue on DS90UB960+DS90UB935. This affect our GPS function.
Right now our sensor is 640*480/30fps,CSI-2 syncronous mode, FPD3_PCLK = 4 x REFCLK=4*25Mhz.

Hello Xuhui,
Since you are using a very low low resolution/data rate for the image sensor data you should be able to reduce the 935 forward channel link rate to 2G mode and shift the affected energy bands accordingly without affecting your end to end data transfer in any way. Please try setting the 960 back channel speed to 25Mbps instead of 50Mbps which will reduce the forward channel speed by 1/2:
0x4C = 0x0F // Select all RX ports
0x57[2:0] = 101

I checked the spec of 960, Address 0x57 is BIST_ERR_COUNT Register. It is type R. Is there some mistake?

No this is not a typo. BIST_ERR_COUNT is the number of errors recorded during the BIST test.
