Because Customer plan to do thermal simulation, Customer thermal team need thermal model to do simulation.

Could you please help to provide the thermal model for below devices?

We need IC thermal model such as “PDML” or “TZR” format.

Hello,

Can you provide some more details of how the customer would use the thermal model? Is there only one specific operating condition with known power dissipations on each die that the customer is using, or are there multiple different operating conditions that need to be analyzed?
