DP83825I: The Issue of Ti DP83825I Ethernet PHY cannot output IEEE 802.3 compliance test waveform of 10Base-T Standard Test Script

VIA FED3399 project use on board Ti Ethernet PHY DP83825I had the Ethernet LAN SI issue as below:
 
  1. The Issue of Ti DP83825I Ethernet PHY cannot output IEEE 802.3 compliance test waveform of 10Base-T Standard Test Script as below the description.
These pattern as below list all need to 10Base-T Standard Test script to work to get the test item, and if it cannot output waveform as below test items, and it will not get the test item result:
3.2.2 TP_IDL
3.2.3 MAU, Internal
3.2.4 Jitter With TPM
3.2.5 Jitter Without TPM
3.2.6 Differential Voltage
3.2.7 Harmonic Content
3.2.8 Common-Mode Voltage
 
 
2.But both A1. 100Base-TX standard test script and A2. 10base-T link plus Test Script of Ti DP838235I can work and can get the IEEE 802.3 compliance test waveform and reference the attached PDF file:Ti_DP83825I_PHY_IEEE_issue_11222019.pdfTi_DP83825I_PHY_IEEE_issue_11222019.pdf

    Can you please try setting register 0x16 to enable either digital or PCS loopback?

    Do you see link established when you use the original script? Please read register 0x1.

    => it is  link established, link up after use  the original script 0x16= 0x>7108

    After to add the suggestion of  Ti E2E website suggestion as below test result for 10Base-T

     There are many items of 10Base-T cannot measurement since Ti Ethernet PHY DP83825I of  10Base-T Standard Test script cannot work as below.

    0x16 = 0x710f

    Hi,

    You cannot use the same script for all the tests. 

    There are certain tests that require other test mode configurations as described in the compliance suite you are running.

    Please see register 0x27 in the DP83825I datasheet (page 66) to put the PHY in the different modes.
