How should the unused be connected if they are not used in my application?
i'm using the device in 1:2 fanout mode, Rx inputs 0,2,4 and 6 are connected to the optical module outputs, rx inputs 1, 3, 5 and 7 are not connected.
Can they be left floating or be connected to a defined level via Pull Up/Down resistors?
