SN65HVS883: Internal Pull up resistors?

Hi team,

we had the following observation: When connecting a CLK to PIN25 we found that we could measure a 5V at PIN25.

Does the CLK on PIN25 have a pull up resistor to 5V?

Same question for the PIN26 (/LD) and PIN27 (SIP)?

Or where could the 5V come from?

Tanks for your questions. Yes, all three pins CLK, LD and SIP are pulled up to VCC with a 200kOhm resistor. If a 5.5V signal is applied this results in a 27.5uA leakage current.
