When DP83867IRPAP-EVM uses Power with common mode interference，the packet lossing when PC ping the net . I want to know why the common mode interference cause to loss packets

the common mode interference using Power supply with AC 380V convert DC 24V，DP83867IRPAP-EVM communication with PC using RJ 45 Cable,

I want to know the reason to cause the DP83867 phy working exception because of common mode interference ?

The signal lines coming from your RJ45 could be susceptible to the common mode interference coming from your power supply. That is why it is sometimes recommended to include chokes to filter out any common mode currents and to ensure the signals will be passed properly.
