Whether the thermal pad of TCA9548A-Q1 can be connected to GND? There is no specification in datasheet.

Hi Gavin,

The thermal pad for this device is electrically a no connect. We recommend connecting it to a large top layer plane (typically ground plane) to improve thermal performance.
