DP83848I: ethernet compliance tests (test mode 5 for 100 Base standard)

In the app note SNLA239A - Test mode 5 should be written in the register 0x0025.

In the Sitara register (MDIO User Acess Register 0 - MDIOUSERACCESS0, SPRUH73K) there are only 5 bits for the address.

How can we do it?

Please ask the Sitara group. This forum is for the Ethernet PHYs and not EP.

Hi,

The DP83848I is a 10/100Mbps PHY and does not support 1000Mbps speed.

Test Mode 5 is not applicable. Also, there is no register 0x25 in the DP83848I.
