DP83TC811R-Q1: interpretation of MON_STAT2

MON_STAT2 delivers 0x3721

7 means that VDDA is out of range. So I would have to debug the VDDA power supply path. I measure 3.2V VDDA and 3.2V VDDIO (same as MCU).

0x21 should be 0 according to the datasheet. What does 0x21 mean?
