l download the below pdf ,open the folder only DS280BR810 missing ,you can see it below picture : so where can l get DS280BR810 profiles ?

from the SigCon Architect ti.com you need to separately download the installer (which you appear to have done already)and also the 10G retimer profiles. Please review the webpage again and you will see the download link for the 10G retimer profiles.
