Need Datasheet and TI Site is Broken for this Part

I am writing code for a TCA1116 that is on a new PCBA I am bringing up.  I need register addresses and descriptions, which I assume are in the datasheet.  Unfortunately, the T.I. website for the TCA1116 https://www.ti.com/store/ti/en/p/product/?p=TCA1116RTWR  points to URL for the datasheet that claims to be broken  https://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/TCA1116

This broken link is pointed to by Mouser, Digikey, etc.  

Can this link be fixed, and in the meantime, can I be sent a copy of the datasheet so I can proceed with board bring-up?

This forum did not allow me to select TCA1116 or TCA1116RTWR as a part number, either.  Is this part EOL?  I note it is for sale from various distributors and even from T.I. web store.

    Hi Tom,

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We're still working on getting this part fully integrated with TI.com. In the meantime I can send you a copy of the datasheet to the email you have registered on your E2E account.
