kindly assist to advise the recommended switching time of the pull-up resistor (connect and disconnect) between self-powered and bus-powered mode.. thanks..

    The TUSB2046B does not intrinsically support dynamic switching between bus-powered and self-powered modes like the TUSB2036 does.  You will need to implement external circuitry to disconnect the pull-up from DP for at least 3 ms when there is a change in power modes.
