DS90UB936-Q1: Is the MIPI CSI-2 output from DS90UB936 1.2V?

Hi Team,

A customer of mine is developing with the DS90UB936.

They are connecting the MIPI CSI-2 to there processor pins that are 1.2V powered. Can you confirm whether the MIPI CSI-2 output from DS90UB936 1.2V?

Hi,

Additionally, if VDD_SEL is grounded, does the internal LDO or analog regulator generate the voltage for MIPI CSI-2 output?

The customer has connected only 4.7uf cap to all the VDD11 pins, not to any external 1.1V power supply.

Hello James,

All of the electrical DC characteristics for 936 are listed in the datasheet. Please refer to the data tables for MIPI CSI-2 output levels. If VDD_SEL is grounded then the 1.1V supply for 936 is generated from an internal LDO and there is no external supply needed.
