In the process of implementing IEEE1588, we want to get the time stamp in the physical layer through dp83640, but when the master clock sends the sync message to the slave clock, we can't get the send time stamp by using ptpgettransmittimestamp() function, we can get the receive time stamp from the clock end, we can also detect the send of sync message by using Wireshark, we don't know why, please answer
