My customer connect USB 2.0 device to TPS65983B MUX but device doesn't recognized by HOST device

Below is customer H/W block diagram and attached is customer's project file.

would you help to check is there is wrong in the project setting? thanks.

Hi Eddie,

Please keep in mind that the TPS65983B is only approved for use in TBT device designs following an Intel reference design. Which reference design is the customer using?
