TSB41AB1: tpbias is always less than 0.1v when powered

Can you share a schematic?  It is configured as a repeater only or is there a link attached?

The schematic is not saved on the notebook I'm using now.

Tsb41ab1 is configured as Figure 5(Page 23) and Figure 11(Page 28) in its datasheet, while PD,C/LKON,PC0,PC1,PC2,SE,SM are tied to GND through a 1K or 10K resistor

and LPS ISO TESTM are tied to 3.3V through a 1K or 10K resistor.

Two PHYs are used for peer-to-peer transceiver between two boards, so there are no LLC attached.

The main problem is that tpbias is less than 0.1v when the port is even not connected, while all other pins seem to be OK.

Please share the entire schematic when available, from the description provided I cannot find a root cause for the issue.
