DS90UB954-Q1: Integration with DS90UB954-Q1 output interface

Hi E2E,

Good day.

Our customer is using the DS90UB954-Q1 which has a MIPI output signal that was connected to MIPI receivers. According to the customer, no one succeeds to handle the DS90UB954-Q1 MIPI signal. Is there any option for configuring the MIPI signal? Is there any user guide for the MIPI output interface that could help the customer?

    Hello Carlo,

    Please see section 7.5.11 of the 954 datasheet for information on CSI-2 pattern generation functionality, plus an example. I would recommend the customer start by using PATGEN in order to validate their CSI-2 receiver. CSI-2 transmitter frequency can be configured according to section 7.4.21 of the datasheet as well.
