Hello SunSet,

The power consumption of both these chips in MII, RMII and RGMII modes is the same.

In addition to the above the DP83TC811S-Q1 supports SGMII interface.

Hello Vibhu,

thanks for the info.

I was remembering wrong on one being lower power then the other.

The two parts differ from interface perspective.
