Hello team,

Does TCAN1044-Q1 support 24V battery system?

There is a sentence: 12-V or 24-V system applications in TCAN1043-Q1 datasheet, but I cannot find any information in TCAN1044-Q1 datasheet.

All of CAN of which bus fault protection voltage is up to 70V can support 24V battery system? such as TCAN1051-Q1.

It would be very helpful if you list up 24V battery CAN trasnsceiver.

    Hi Oliver,

    The TCAN1044-Q1 can withstand bus fault voltages on CANH/CANL up to +/- 58 V, which in most cases should be suitable for operation in 24-V automotive applications.  The +/- 70-V tolerance in some of our transceivers (TCAN1043H-Q1, TCAN1042H-Q1, etc.) was intended to enable operation in 48-V systems.  Please let me know if this is not clear.
