Lists of CMRT devices are NOT supported on the E2E Forum.

To request the latest version of the CMRT template, please use this link, Email TI  , CREATE A NEW CASE to Email the Customer Support Center with your list of TI part number(s).
TI will respond within 1-2 business days.

You will need to be logged into your myTI account to access the Email form.

Issue Type;                        select “Quality, Reliability, Environmental”

Company Name;               provide the name of the requesting company

Issue description;              provide your list of the complete TI device part numbers

Attach File;                        you may attach an excel or other file with the part numbers.
