Could you kindly advise on the functional diagram of TPD1E04U04 ?

The device has two diodes for high-side and low-side and zener diode but ESD321 has only zener diode.

What is the benefit of TPD1E04U04 against ESD321 ?

We would like to know the role of two diodes in TPD1E04U.

Hello,

They both have the same architecture it is just a different way to represent the same concept.

The difference between them is in the characteristics. I.E. capacitance, clamping voltage etc...

Especially, customer would like to know why TPD1E04U04 is added two diodes not only zener.

Hello, As I said previously the architecture is the same for both devices even though the diagram is different. The benefit is in the comparison of each or the electrical characteristics.
