As title, could you help explain what the common mode return loss means ?

Does TUSB1064 build in EMI filter ?

Hi Kane,

Common mode return loss is the ratio of the input common mode signal and amount of common mode signal reflected by TUSB1064 back to the source. TUSB1064 does not have a EMI filter integrated.

Hi Kane,

Please see the document linked below. The general idea is to use the lowest EQ setting that yields the cleanest eye diagram and/or passes compliance.
