/883 part number in general

 Are you asking with regards to the DS26C31?  If not, what specific part number would this apply to?  Or as you state, in general for all /883 devices?  There is a general HiRel Process flow presentation here: http://www.ti.com/pdfs/hirel/hirel_product_nomenclature.pdf .

M= VENDOR SELF-CERITIFICATION TO THE REQUIREMENTS FOR MIL-STD-883 COMPLIANT

1. If device structure is “M”, is there any Group B, C, D test are done with this "M" part?
2. When we purchase the "M"part, what data package (beside the self-certification) will come with the part?

For 5962-85155 products, they will receive QCI Groups A, B, C and D as shown in the SMD and MIL-PRF-38535/MIL-STD-883 for a military grade product.

I am not familiar with part number 8200501MFA, but in general our military grade products will get group testing per the mil standards.

The products come with a C of C.

Please confirm the Mil grade product in the example I asked with class level "M" will have group B, C and D test done.

Mil grade 5962-85155 products will have groups B, C and D done.

TI does not provide any products to 82005.

That is correct.

Products numbers with the /883 suffix are mil grad products and get groups B, C and D, per the mil grade (Q) flow of MIL-PRF-38535.

If so, the 5962- products and the /883 products are identical in groups B, C and D?

That is correct.

In many cases, the /883 products are listed on an SMD and also have 5962 numbers.

You can tell by looking at the device marking listed in the Order now tab of the product page on ti.com.   The parts will be marked with both the TI part number with the /883 suffix and the 5962 number.

Note that not all military parts have the /883 suffix.  They might have a different suffix.

The easiest way to find mil grade products on ti.com is to go to the product type you want and pull up a product table and then filter on military grade.

How about group A screening limits between the 5962- products and the /883 products? are they both identical?
