Hey Hisao-san,
Is Vcc1 connected to +V? (The schematic kinda looks like it looks it is.)
Is Vcc1 is not connected to +V then I believe your set up should work. The S side actually looks to see if the voltage is below ~600mV to drive a low. Rx looks at 55% and 45% for ViH/ViL on the cable side. So using pull ups at a different rail other than the device's Vcc can work. The only concern is VoL of our device can be as high as 0.9V so we I2C compliant slaves/masters need to be at a Vcc of 3.3V or greater for it to be able to connect directly to P82B96.
