I am developing a test program for a very old design board which has SMJ44C251B, Multiport Video RAM. Since the device is very old Im just wondering if any VHDL Model for this device available.

We do not have a logic solution or VHDL device that is similar to what you are looking for.

Hello, and welcome to the forums!

I'm afraid that we don't have any models for this device. It was discontinued about 20 years ago, so if there were any models, they were likely lost due to system migrations between then and now.
