Hello-

The PCI2050B does not have a function to adjust output waveform of the secondary clock outputs other than setting their frequency to either 66 MHz or 33 MHz by using the P_M66ENA, S_M66ENA, and CONFIG66 terminals.

So do you mean S_CLK signal integrity will be influence by P_CLK?

Hi-

While the PCI2050B uses the P_CLK to generate S-CLK, the signal integrity for the P_CLK and the S_CLK would be independent.
