I work with Cecilia and helped the customer on the original thread. We did take it offline for debug however the communication fell through and we didn't reach a final solution. We will have to take this up as a new problem and try to find out the issue. Can you tell me what you are using as  a link partner and how long is the Cat5 cable? Are you probing TD+/- and RD+/- pins at the same time using a differential probe? Can you share the scope capture?

Link partner? Cable length does not make a difference in the measurement. Transmit only with that locked.

I think I found the core issue but until I eliminate it, can we keep this open for the time being should I need to return to this?
