HD3SS6126: Connection to Nvidia SOM

Hi,

I've developed a carrier board for the Nvidia System On Module (SOM), and I'm using the HD3SS6126 for having the SOM USB port connected to either of two USB connectors.

When connecting ports A-C, we can't see USB3 connection - only connection at USB2 (DP/DN).

Kindly ask for your review and suggestion.

As a trial, we had placed capacitors on both TX and RX, but it didn't help.

I'm also attaching figure which I understand should be in our next design.

can't see image. What USB3 data rate? Gen1 and Gen2?

Kindly ask to know if there's a way to attach PDF. I'm re-attaching the JPG pictures.
Using Ubuntu 'hardinfo', I see that there's a USB 3.0 host, and USB 2.1 device.

for V1, you don't have any Cap on port C, that's why it didn't work.

2nd picture should work.

For the fix, is there any preferences for the location of the capacitors - should be on input to the switch or on the output, or better to have in both sides?
I assume that I'll prepare 0R as 'place holders', which will enable placing caps in any side or in both sides.
