    Hi,

    Which package are you interested in? Unfortunately no such thermal data is available for this device. However we can see the device consume 385mW typically without load. With around 80c/W thermal resistance, I think AM26LV31I has the max Tj around 125c and AM26LV31C around 105c.

    As I dug out more data, this device is tested at 150c in the accelerated test conditions. Thus you can use 150c as the max Tj.
