Can I Use single end signals for differental signals interface by connecting GND to B side, signals to A side of AM26C32IPWR?

    Hi,

    If the signal at pin A is able to cross both positive and negative thresholds relative to GND, the output pin should reflect the proper state. See Table 1 on AM26C32 datasheet. However, a configuration such as this would not take advantage of the benefits differential signaling offers. Depending on the signal type, another receiver method such as RS-232 might be more effective.
