DP83822I: Required waiting time after digital restart

Hi team,

According to the datasheet, this bit is self cleared. Once this bit is cleared, does it indicate the digital restart process is completed? If not, could you please let me know how much waiting time is needed for digital restart by 0x001F[14]=1?
