MDC/MDIO buffer device

This may not be the correct forum for this post. We do have Ethernet PHYs that support MDIO-MDC pins but they are not buffers.

The basic function is a hot swap support between Phy and Laser, the laser end don't support hot swap operation, so this buffer device is needed, to support hot swap during normal working. need to support up to 10Mhz, do you have some recommendation for device or solution?

Please provide detail for the bus.  An interface specification for the laser.  What is the PHY at the controller side?
