SN65LVDS31: Propagation delay

Hello professional,

My customer plan to use SN65LVDS31 and SN65LVDS33 and they have question for Propagation delay.
Above devices propagation delay specification is described on datasheet. However Datasheet has Skew specification individually.
So We'd like to know about datasheet's propagation delay(tPLH and tPHL) is considered about Skew or we need to consider about Skew in parallel for estimate worse propagation delay.

Would you provide answer for our question?

Please see this app note: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/scaa055/scaa055.pdf for the propagation delay and the pulse skew definition.

The propagation delay is the delay from the input to the output, while the pulse skew is the difference between tPHL and tPLH of any single differential output pair under identical input and output interfaces, transitions and load conditions on any one device.
