HD3SS3220: VBUS is applied when device is shutdown

Hi team,

Customer wants to check if Vbus_det pin is damaged when unexpected 20V is attached from DFP/Source.

Custmer is using HD3SS3220 in UFP/Sink configuration. Vbus_det is connected to Vbus through 900kohm. When Vcc33 and Vdd5 is not supplied, is Vbus_det pin damaged if unexpected 20V is applied from source side?
