Hi Sirs,

With 3.3V power supply, my customer got signal distortion problem with the TRS3243ECDBR device as the waveforms below:

Input Signal (RX before TRS3243)

Input Signal (TX before TRS3243)

Output Signal (RX after TRS3243)

Output Signal (TX after TRS3243)

We confirmed that there is no redundant capacitors on the signal path. Would you please provide tips to identify the problem? Should we consider another portfolio (for example MAX3243IDWR) in this case? We can discuss the issue off line as needed.

Hey Wayne,

Are you performing a loopback test?

What is your baudrate? (if I'm see this correctly, it looks like it may be 1.2Mbps)

How long is your cable?

Are you able to provide a schematic for us to review?

Hello Bobby, Thank you for your concern:

1. Yes, it is a loopback test
2. Baud rate is 115200 bps
3. No cable was attached. Only a loopback plug on the connector.

Would you pls advise your internal Email address? I can send detail platform information and schematic by Email.
