Hi,

I have a question for remote GPIO control on DES 948.

There is the SER TI 941 w/ Host IC and, remote DES is TI 948.

In this configuration, can I control the GPIO of DES by serializer TI 941 setting ?

How can I control GPIO on DES and what is the register related to this ?

let me know about example for this.

Hi Minwoo,

Yes, You can access GPIO of the deserializer side (948) when you established the link between serailizer and deserlizer. You can access through the ALP on "Remote Register" tab.

Hi Minwoo,

Enabling the GPIOx is by performing a few click of the register set. Section 8.3.9 GPIO paragraph of 941AS shows how to enabling the register.
