SN65HVD1793: Hysteresis 100mV+

My customer is looking at Full Duplex RS422 with 10Mbps in Motor Motion Control application. The most important parameter for system is Hysteresis voltage (VHYS). I don't see the similar part with higher than 100mV hysteresis. The higher hysteresis voltage, the higher noise immunity in experience. Do you have recommendation? Very Thanks.

Brian,

Some TI RS-485 transceivers have the 'fail-safe' feature, which shifts the Rx input threshold below 0V. In these devices, it's hard to get a hysteresis higher than 100mV. However recent released THVD2450 has a different fail-safe mechanism, which is time based. This device has the symmetric threshold and 250mV hysteresis, which may fit your need. What my customer need is the Full Duplex, is there any higher hysteresis up to 100mV with Full Duplex?

Is there any new full-duplex similar to THVD2450?

Unfortunately THVD2450 has no full duplex version. In this case, you may want to check out SN65HVD37. Here is an app note showing its performance.
