I know spice models are used in the system simulation. However based on the characteristics of the transceivers, it’s more common for TI (and other semiconductor companies) to provide IBIS models for the RS-485 devices. IBIS a behavioral model that describes the electrical characteristics of I/O through V/I and V/T data without disclosing internal information, which is suited for accurate signal integrity analysis.
