Where is an AC capacitor required when using the DS250DF230 in bidirectional applications?
Is it only RX1 and TX1?

Hi,

External AC coupling caps are needed on the ASIC to retimer interface. External caps are not needed on the high-speed electrical interface to the SFP28, as the module implements AC coupling caps on both its high-speed inputs and outputs.
