TPD7S019: what will influence ESD ability?

Hi,

Customer use TPD7S019-15 to replace Onsemi CM2009-02QR, and they test ±3.5KV contact ESD on pin DB15 of VGA.

But they found machines using TPD7S019-15 were black screen or crash. after reset, they work again.

do you have any idea about why it act like this?

Hello Yuan,

Is that test with the PIN 15 and then the screen turn black ?

I don't meet this issue before, does the CM2009-02QR have the same issue?
