Hi Team,

I am using TPD4E1U06DBVR as an ESD protection for MIPI_DSI and MIPI_CSI lanes.

I am using ESD for MIPI D-PHY specification.

The maximum voltage range is 1.8V, absolute maximum voltage is 2.15V.

MIPI_DSI,MIPI_CSI data rate is 1.5Gbps

Hi Rakesh,

Can you suggest me few ESD protections for MIPI_DSi and MIPI_CSI interfaces.

I am looking for a ESD protection that to be connected in parallel to the interfaces.

In future if I want to remove the ESD protection it should not effect the design.

Similar to PESD5V0S2BT,215, CDDFN10-2574N like these parts for MIPI application.

Hello,

I am not extremely familiar with MIPI interface. Is it a 5V signal? If it is only a 3.3V signal we can use the ESDS302 device that would provide a very high level of protection.
